~ Piano Jazz Music ~

Samuel Crosser of Osage, IA, comes from a musical family.


At age 6, the youngest of his siblings, Daniel, David and Connie all played in a band that was started by their parents, Doc and Mary Lou. They called themselves, "The 4 Generations," as the family musicians goes back four generations. 


Currently, Sam plays music throughout north east  Iowa with the group, "Island Fever ”  a great dance music for parties, weddings, receptions, all occasions.  Also  “NovaJazz,” a jazz group playing straight ahead jazz . And  have had  the honor of filling in with the unpredictable cool  jazz group  " 5 FRIENDS " 


Sam, with his upbeat personality is sought after as a solo artist, popular with his audiences for his repertoire of light jazz, soft rock, not so soft  funk, and gospel. He adapts for weddings, private parties, Christmas and holiday events, church, funerals, and parades.  See Sam for live jazzy  piano music to complete your party .

~ Piano Tuning and Servicing ~

Sam is a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, the world's premier source of expertise in piano service and technology. 


The Piano Technicians Guild's mission is to promote the highest possible standards of piano service by providing members with opportunities for professional development. It recognizes technical competence through examinations and by advancing the interests of its members. 


Sam is currently  secretary of his local chapter ,  WisMinnIa #551 which covers western Wisconsin , southern Minnesota , and  north east Iowa .  A student of the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology.

~ Piano Lessons ~

Sam provides piano lessons for all age groups. 


Teaching  piano basics,  by showing how chords are structured and emphasizing the study of scales and exercises to build strong fingers. All is supplemented with piano lesson books on technique, theory, and performance.


Sam's students acquire the ability to become fluent at playing musical compositions as well as piano improvisation!
